The Company
Our client is a leading health technology company in Australia. Their Virtual Reality platform allows healthcare professionals to practice and perfect medical procedures in a safe scalable environment prior to performing them on real patients. Their mission is to eliminate medical error and save patient lives.  
About the Role
As National Business Development Manager you will be part of a growing team that is transforming the way Healthcare Professionals are trained across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic and targeted market mapping; highlighting new business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand
  • Driving and growing sales from existing relationships with Clinicians, Nurses and Healthcare Procurement teams
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships within Public and Private hospitals, Universities, Medical Device organisations and other buying groups
  • Working closely with a dedicated development team of software engineers and clinical implementation specialists to help grow the adoption of their Virtual Reality software
  • Support clients with usage of the platform
  • Excellence in customer service to build strong customer loyalty and positive customer experience
The Opportunity
This senior Healthcare sales position is ideal for:
  • A highly experienced Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sales representative with experience and a proven track record selling to key stakeholders within the Public and Private hospital setting
  • A driven Healthcare salesperson with the ability to manage National accounts and create new business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand
  • Comfortable with selling an evolving technology platform
  • Have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and be a great team player
  • Take on a leadership role with an opportunity to grow into a senior position within the company
